It reaches you farm-direct from a named estate, not through anonymous exporters, and each harvest is traceable to the estate. The honey is left raw, and every batch is lab-tested for purity.

Drizzle it over yogurt, porridge or fresh fruit, spread it on toast, or stir a spoonful into a cup of tea. It can also stand in for sugar in dressings, marinades and baking, and it goes well with our Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
