Description

Ceylon black tea blended with true Ceylon cinnamon. The tea comes from Dimbula Estate in Dimbula, Sri Lanka, bought farm-direct from a named estate rather than an anonymous exporter.

The cinnamon in the blend is true Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia, the common supermarket "cinnamon". Ceylon cinnamon is the milder, sweeter and more delicate of the two. Every batch is lab-tested for purity, and each harvest is traceable to its estate.

Steep it in freshly boiled water for a few minutes and drink it plain or with milk. It is also good chilled as iced tea, or sweetened with a little honey.
